Glenoides lenticuligera  (South Texas Gray)
Field Marks

According to Blanchard (1973), who described the species, it is best to tell it apart from texanaria by the genitalia. Comparing the external features of the two species, supposedly lenticuligera is:
1) smaller
2) has less defined transverse lines
3) wing background has more scattered brown scales and blotches (Blanchard 1973).

This species only occurs in southernmost Texas, which makes it easy to rule out in most locations.
